Agreement
By accessing or using the Paxon Hollow Men's Club ("PHMC") member web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Eligibility
The PHMC application is intended for use by current members of the Paxon Hollow Men's Club only. Access is private and not open to the general public. Use of this application by non-members is not authorized.
SMS Notifications
By submitting a tee time request and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from PHMC related to your reservation. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
SMS notifications are transactional in nature and are limited to tee time confirmations and related club communications.
Acceptable Use
This application is provided for personal, non-commercial use by club members for the purpose of managing tee time reservations and accessing club information. You agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Tee Time Reservations
Submitting a tee time request does not guarantee a specific tee time. Assignments are made by club administrators in accordance with club scheduling rules and are subject to availability. PHMC reserves the right to adjust assignments as needed.
Limitation of Liability
The PHMC application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PHMC is not liable for any technical issues, missed notifications, or scheduling errors arising from use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
PHMC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
