Agreement
The Paxon Hollow Men's Club ("PHMC") member web application and its SMS notification program are operated by Tim Welch ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
The application is used by club members to enter scores, view leaderboards and standings, and submit tee time requests.
Eligibility
The PHMC application is intended for use by current members of the Paxon Hollow Men's Club only. Access is private and not open to the general public. Use of this application by non-members is not authorized.
SMS Notifications
SMS notifications are sent by Tim Welch. They are optional. Consent is collected only at phmc.golf/sms-optin, by ticking a separate, optional consent box that is unticked by default — the form can be submitted without it. Consent is not required to use the application or to take part in club events.
Submitting a tee time request does not sign you up for SMS. That form collects no phone number and sends no text message to you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Messages are limited to the weekly round schedule, same-day weather delays and cancellations, and club announcements. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Acceptable Use
This application is provided for personal, non-commercial use by club members for the purpose of scoring club rounds, managing tee time requests, and accessing club information. You agree not to misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Tee Time Reservations
Submitting a tee time request does not guarantee a specific tee time. Assignments are made by club administrators in accordance with club scheduling rules and are subject to availability. PHMC reserves the right to adjust assignments as needed.
Assigned tee times are published in the weekly tee sheet emailed to members. You will not receive a text message confirming a tee time request.
Limitation of Liability
The PHMC application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PHMC is not liable for any technical issues, missed notifications, or scheduling errors arising from use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
PHMC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
