Paxon Hollow Men's Club ("PHMC," "we," or "us") operates a private web application for club members to manage tee time reservations and view club standings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you use the PHMC member application, we may collect the following:
Contact information — your name and phone number, provided when submitting a tee time request.
Reservation data — your tee time preferences, group preferences, and any notes submitted with your request.
We do not collect payment information, email addresses, or any sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate the club's tee time reservation system.
Your phone number is used to send SMS notifications confirming receipt of your tee time request and notifying you of your assigned tee time. It is not used for marketing or shared with outside parties for any other purpose.
Your reservation data is used by club administrators to assign tee times and manage the Sunday schedule.
SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number through the tee time request form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from PHMC regarding your reservation. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
SMS notifications are delivered via Twilio, our third-party messaging provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of message delivery.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties. We do not share any member data with third parties except as necessary to deliver SMS notifications (via Twilio) or as required by law.
Data Security
Access to the PHMC application and member data is restricted to authorized club administrators. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access.
